Collection

Tablets are made by graduates of the Chocolate Entrepreneurs program of Trabajo y Persona Civil Association which carries out internships in the Chocolate Mantuano laboratory in Venezuela, creating tablets infused with coffee and sea salt.

Meet the project

Unlike the San Benito Collection which is only available for corporate orders, the San Juan Collection is available at Siete Al Cubo spaces in El Hatillo, Caracas, Venezuela. However, it also aims to benefit the training and accompaniment of Chocolate Entrepreneur women around the country.

Tablets are made by graduates of the Chocolate Entrepreneurs program of Trabajo y Persona Civil Association who carry out internships at the Chocolate Mantuano laboratory in Venezuela creating tablets infused with coffee and sea salt. 

The internships give graduates the possibility of gaining experience in a chocolate laboratory as well as learning a new way to make chocolate by infusing it with different ingredients.

Franceschi Chocolate and Carbone Espresso have joined the effort in recent presentations with Mantuano Chocolate, Gaby Valladares and Trabajo y Persona in supporting the training of these women.
